- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many accommodation centres have been set up under section 16 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
- Answer

[holding answer 18 June 2007]: Section 16 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 provided for the establishment of accommodation centres. None have been established and we have no plans do so.
