- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when the next hearing will take place in relation to the possibility of clemency for Mr. Krishna Maharaj in Florida.

I understand that the next hearing in Krishna Maharaj's case will take place in August 2007. We are in close contact with Mr. Maharaj's legal team who we have asked to keep us informed of the exact date.
