To ask the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills which responsibilities of the former (a) Department for Education and Skills and (b) Department of Trade and Industry his Department holds; whether responsibilities have been transferred to his Department from any other Department; and for which (i) agencies and (ii) other bodies his Department is responsible for.
