Antisocial Behaviour: Poole

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many incidents of antisocial behaviour involving mini-motorbikes or other off-road vehicles were reported in Poole in each of the last five years; and how many of these have resulted in (a) prosecution and (b) antisocial behaviour orders.
Answer

Incidents relating to antisocial behaviour involving mini-motorbikes and details of antisocial behaviour orders relating to mini-motorbikes in Poole are not collected centrally by the Ministry of Justice or the Home Office. The statistical collections on the Court Proceedings Database held by the Office for Criminal Justice Reform for offences committed by mini-motorcyclists cannot be distinguished from other motor vehicle offences because the offence as defined in legislation is not specific to any type of motor vehicle (e.g. driving on a footpath or vehicle not taxed or insured against third party risks) or it is not identified separately, and grouped together with other miscellaneous motoring offences.
