Illegal Immigrants: Prisoners
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many foreign former prisoners were housed in immigration removal centres on 20 July 2007.

Lin Homer, the chief executive of the Border and Immigration Agency wrote to the Home Affairs Committee on 19 February in which she set out the position of foreign national prisoners in the immigration detention estate. She will continue to update the Home Affairs Committee.
