- To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many protection of children and vulnerable adults check requests the Police Service of Northern Ireland received in each of the last three years.

The figures for each of the last three years are approximately:
Number 2005 130,200 2006 150,300 2007 180,000 The 2007 figure is a projection based on the year to date figure.
