Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government whether the development of the Durham Green Business Park, near south Durham, entails development on green belt land according to the records held by (a) her Department and (b) the Government Office for the North East.

Answer

[holding answer 3 December 2007]: The City of Durham Local Plan shows that the Durham Green Business Park is outside the green belt.
