Immigration: Removals

- asked Her Majesty's Government:What assessment they have made of the initial and refresher training provided to staff engaged by private contractors to deliver in-country and out-of-country escorting and holding-room facilities for those individuals being removed from the United Kingdom by the Borders and Immigration Agency.

The training provided to all immigration escorting and holding-room staff is approved by the relevant contract monitor, a Crown servant who closely reviews and audits the contractors’ performance.
