To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to her statement of 17 December 2007, Official Report, column 624, on Department for Transport data storage, whether the data on the hard disc drive mislaid by Pearson Driving Assessments had been processed.
Answer

The data held on the hard disc drive had been processed.
