Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice (1) how many (a) foreign nationals and (b) non-EU foreign nationals convicted of an offence in the UK had (i) a previous conviction in the UK, (ii) a previous conviction in the UK resulting in a custodial sentence, (iii) more than one previous conviction in the UK and (iv) more than one previous conviction in the UK resulting in a custodial sentence in each year since 1997;
