- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform when the draft regulations referred to in the memorandum and letter dated 15 July 1997 to Mr. Bigmore concerning the Trading Schemes (Exclusion) Regulations 1997 entered into force.
