- To ask the Secretary of State for Health whether he (a) informed the Permanent Secretary in the relevant Department of the donations he received as part of his campaign for the deputy leadership of the Labour Party and (b) registered them with the Cabinet Office in accordance with the Ministerial Code.

In accordance with the requirements of the Ministerial Code, a list of Ministers' relevant interests declared to their permanent secretary will be published in due course.
