- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs further to the decision of the Information Tribunal dated 22 January 2008, paragraph 22 (iv), which two individuals annotated the Williams draft; and what status these contributions had within the drafting process.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is currently considering the Information Tribunal's judgment and the legal options available to it. It would not be appropriate to comment on the specifics of the document at this stage.
