Alcoholic Drinks: Young People
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many successful prosecutions there have been for the offence of persistently selling alcohol to children under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006; and how many licensees have lost their licences as a result.

The Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 came into force on 6 April 2007, statistics on court proceedings and cautions for 2007 will be published in the autumn of 2008.
