- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many people under the age of 18 years were arrested for carrying a (a) knife and (b) firearm in (i) England and Wales, (ii) the north east, (iii) the Tees Valley and (iv) Middlesbrough, South and East Cleveland in each of the last 10 years;
