Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission

asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the contract agreed with external suppliers to outsource the call centre element of the proposed information and guidance service to support the proposed Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission.
Answer

No, it is not normal or common practice to place in the public domain detailed contracts due to commercial sensitivity.
