Financial Reporting Orders

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many financial reporting orders have been issued by courts.

According to the statistical records reported by courts to the Ministry of Justice, there have been no financial reporting orders given as a primary disposal since they were introduced in the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act (2005).
