Resettlement: Iraq

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many Iraqi citizens formerly employed by the Ministry of Defence have had an application for indefinite leave to enter on an exceptional basis outside the Immigration Rules rejected.
Answer

As of 25 February no eligible staff have submitted an application for entry clearance to UKvisas although seven have expressed an interest in the scheme.
