Closed Circuit Television: Licensing

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the number of Scottish local authorities that are (a) precluded and (b) have been previously precluded for any periods since October 2007 from operating the installed closed-circuit television security networks because of delays in processing operative applications for licences by the Security Industry Authority.
