- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will hold discussions with the leaders of Sinn Fein following the forthcoming independent monitoring commission report on the timing of an announcement by the Army Council of the Provisional IRA that it is to cease to exist.
- Answer
-
I will continue to have discussions with representatives of Sinn Fein about a wide range of subjects. I believe that all paramilitary structures from Northern Ireland's past have no place in the future of Northern Ireland.
