What guidance DOE gives on disposal of high-temperature insulating materials such as asbestos, ceramic spray & fibre, & calcium silicate & waste from manufacturing plants which produce such materials; & on disposal of low-temperature insulating materials such as polystyrene, polyurethane & phenolics & waste from manufacturing plants which produce such materials. - Incls ref to "Waste Management Paper 18".
