- asked Her Majesty's Government:Further to the Written Answer by Lord Rooker on 19 March (WA 29), whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the chairman of the Northern Ireland Bill of Rights Forum's curriculum vitae as presented by him at the time of his appointment.
