- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the percentage of foreign nationals who will be counted (a) in and (b) out of the UK under the border and immigration system in 2008.
- Answer

[holding answer 6 May 2008]: It is estimated that the e-Borders system currently captures the details of approximately 50 per cent. of the total number of foreign nationals (defined as non-EEA citizens) travelling in and out of the UK.
