Proceeds of Crime
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) interim receiving orders, (b) property freezing orders, (c) Mareva injunctions and (d) freezing orders were granted under or ancillary to proceedings under Part 5 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in (i) England and Wales and (ii) Northern Ireland in each year of the Assets Recovery Agency's existence.
