- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many outstanding applications for recovery orders under Part 5 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 were inherited in (a) England and Wales and (b) Northern Ireland by the Serious and Organised Crime Agency following the abolition of the Assets Recovery Agency.

The Serious Organised Crime Agency inherited from the Assets Recovery Agency 30 issued claims in civil recovery in England and Wales and eight in Northern Ireland.
