Human Trafficking

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many victims of internal human trafficking have been identified in the last three years.

[holding answer 22 May 2008]: Data on trafficking victims is not yet recorded centrally. However, a database of trafficked victims is currently being developed by the United Kingdom Human Trafficking Centre (UKHTC) to inform its work on the detection and prevention of human trafficking.
