- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 29 April 2008, Official Report, column 342W, on immigration: housing, what criteria have been established for (a) items of expenditure incurred by local authorities and (b) an agreed cohort of supported families cases.

The UK Border Agency has issued instructions to local authorities as to the nature of expenditure which can be reclaimed.
