- asked Her Majesty's Government:How the position of chairman of the Northern Ireland Bill of Rights Forum was advertised; on what date; and whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the advertisement.

I refer the noble Lord to my Written Answers (Official Report, col. WA 171 of 5 February 2008 and Official Report, col. WA 158 of 3 March 2008) in which I stated that the post of chairman of the Bill of Rights Forum was not advertised.
