Road Traffic Offences: Lancashire

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) prosecutions and (b) convictions for road traffic offences of (i) failing to stop and failing to report an accident and (ii) driving without due care and attention there were in Lancashire in each of the last five years.

[holding answer 13 June 2008]: Available information held by the Ministry of Justice, from 2002 to 2006 which is the latest available, is provided in tables A and B.2007 data should be available by the end of 2008.
