- What will be effect of a community charge levied at #350 & #450 on replacement ratios expressed as out-of-work spending power divided by in-work spending power, of a teenage single mother with one child under 5 years, living with her parents, & offered a job at #60, #80 & #100 a week, assuming fares to work & childcare costs totalling #50 a week. - Includes table.
