- To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he plans to issue a response to the wheelchair services programme as part of the review of the efficiency care services delivery.

[holding answer 17 June 2008]: A substantial volume of data, with regard to wheelchair services has been collected and analysed through the Transforming Community Equipment and Wheelchair Services (TCEWS) Programme to develop a business case for change.The detailed business case is currently under consideration. The TCEWS Programme is working closely with senior executives in the national health service to agree the most appropriate way forward.
