- To ask the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills how much his Department spent on (a) new capital investment and (b) refurbishment of property in each of the last 10 years, broken down by project.

The Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills was created as a result of machinery of government changes in June 2007. To provide a response to this question would be at disproportionate cost.
