Human Trafficking

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate her Department has made of the number of men and boys trafficked into the United Kingdom for suspected involvement in the sex industry in the latest period for which figures are available.

To date there has been no estimate made of the number of men and boys trafficked into the UK for the purposes of sexual exploitation.Operations Pentameter 1 and 2 have focussed on trafficking for sexual exploitation irrespective of gender and the analysis of those operations will inform our estimate of the scale and nature of the problem.
