Children in Care: Truancy

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how many children in care were absent from school without authorisation in each of the last 10 years.

Information is not collected in the format requested. However figures on the number of looked after children who missed at least 25 days of school are shown in the table.
