To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many complaints the British Embassy in Tehran received on the visa application procedure in each of the last 36 months; and how many were dealt with within the target 24 hour response time.

Data prior to January 2006 is not held. Please note that the published target time for dealing with complaints is 20 days, not 24 hours. This data has not been published and should be treated as provisional.
