- How many prisoners are subject to orders for their deportation at conclusions of their sentences or otherwise liable to be deported; how many of these are held in open prisons & if HO issues any guidelines as to granting to such prisoners of facilities such as home leave & education at outside establishments & who is responsible for taking decisions on granting of such facilities.
