- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Office of the Surveillance Commissioners is a public authority for the purposes of the (a) Freedom of Information Act 2000 and (b) Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

The Office of Surveillance Commissioners is not a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Information about their independent oversight role can be found in their published annual reports or on their website.
