- asked Her Majesty's Government:Further to the Written Answer by Lord Rooker on 10 June (WA 95) concerning the appointment of the chairman of the Northern Ireland Bill of Rights Forum, what assessment they have made of the effect on public confidence in any appointment of the absence of knowledge of who made the appointment; on what information the chairman was identified; and how.
