- To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to Table B4 of the Pre-Budget Report, as a percentage of potential GDP Cm 7484, on the fiscal balances compared with Budget 2008, if he will express the figures for the cyclically-adapted (a) surplus on current budget and (b) net borrowing.
