- asked Her Majesty's Government:Further to the Written Answer by the Lord President (Baroness Royall of Blaisdon) on 11 November (WA 123), who decided that the information requested could only be provided at disproportionate cost; and what was the basis for the decision.

The decision was taken by the head of the department's finance division on the basis that to provide the detailed information requested would have required staff to undertake a manual review of travel claims to identify the taxi journeys that had been processed as reimbursed travel expenditure.
