To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Written Ministerial Statement of 25th November 2008, on delivering a sustainable transport system and with reference to the Statement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer of 24th November 2008, Official Report, column 500, on the pre-Budget report, if he will clarify whether the additional 200 new units refer to train carriages or trains.
