House of Commons: Right of Search

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will ask the Acting Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service to explain the reasons which underlay the decision to search the Parliamentary office of the hon. Member for Ashford on a day on which the House was prorogued.
