- To ask the Prime Minister how many investigations the Security Commission has undertaken into security breaches since 1997.

Since 1997 the Security Commission has undertaken two investigations. Copies of their findings were published by way of Command Paper—Cm 4578 and Cm 6177. Copies are available in the Libraries of the House.
