Sport: Anti-doping Agency

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether the planned independent anti-doping agency will be operational by October 2009.

My Lords, the department continues to work closely with UK Sport in determining the final structure and functions of the new national anti-doping organisation. The vesting date for the new organisation will be agreed as part of these discussions.
