Public Sector: Pensions

Question
To ask the Chairman of the Public Accounts Commission pursuant to the written ministerial statement of 16 December 2008, Official Report, columns 111-112WS, on guaranteed minimum pension contributions, what the timetable is for the National Audit Office review.
Answer

The National Audit Office is currently developing terms of reference for its review of the causes of the incorrect pension payments. It plans to publish the findings of the review in the early summer.
