How many security check enquiries were made of the National Identification Bureau on individuals by: (a) Government departments and (b) other approved bodies in the years 1986, 1987 and 1988; and if he will list the names of the approved bodies who may undertake such enquiries & to list areas of employment which require checks & cost. - Includes list, table & figure.
