- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs with reference to the answer of 24 November 2008, Official Report, columns 848W, on littering: young offenders, if he will place in the Library a copy of the Environment Agency's enforcement and prosecution policy and functional guidance.
