Departmental Databases
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the cost of maintaining the databases owned and managed by (a) his Department and (b) its agencies was in (i) 2006, (ii) 2007 and (iii) 2008.
- Answer
-
The Department has in excess of 200 database information owners. The cost of undertaking an exercise to determine the cost of maintenance and management would incur disproportionate cost for the Department alone. As a consequence, a response has not been requested from its agencies.
