- To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have reached an agreement or understanding with Sinn Fein/IRA concerning (a) the investigation of the Northern Bank robbery; (b) the murder ofRobert McCartney; and (c) the murder of Paul Quinn; and, if so, what is the agreement or understanding.

No. These investigations are an operational matter for the chief constable, who acts with total independence.
