Rolling Stock
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to the statement of 12 February 2009, Official Report, columns 1531-33, on new trains (investment), how many jobs in the supply chain to provide new rolling stock for the East Coast and Great Western main lines will be in the UK.
- Answer

Agility expects 500 of the 2,500 direct jobs to be with major UK suppliers and expect that up to 10,000 jobs will be protected in the indirect, supply chain.
